Is "spectator" option available for gameplay in Franchise mode -Madden 16?

Hi, I was wondering/hoping that the ability to go into 'spectator' mode in Franchise mode would be available this year. I can no longer play out the games myself, but I would still love the idea of being the General Manager and watching/assessing my team play each game, or spectating other games in the league (to scout other players).

Is there the ability to do so in Madden 16?

I have asked about the spectate mode returning. I have played madden since 2002 on ps1 and love to Franchise mode with spectate mode&nbsp;.there are games I like to watch while I am doing something else. I do not play online do to my age 60 something and i also bought every game since 2002. Please bring back the spectate mode

i haven't seen a spectator mode while i've been playing. it sucks cause i would love an option like that.
