I pre ordered the game and was excited to play it until I realized that it didn’t fit my TV and there was no way to change it. I just don’t understand how a company this big just can’t install a screen adjuster to fix this problem.
Exit out of Xfactor screen and get to main menu. From main menu select settings and go through your graphics options and your screen resolutions until you find one that works

Main Menu screen (where you choose game type), under "Settings".
I'mhaving a similar issue. I'm on an Xbox one, and there doesn't seem to be any way to adjust the screen size. The scroll at the bottom of the screen is cut off
Dude are you just making * up? Cuz you cant actually going by the menu in Madden 20 because there is no settings for this.
Community ManagerAre you on PC? There is a way to scale resolution for PC users, but that won't appear for console. If a portion of your game is getting cut off, that is likely related to the Overscan setting on your T.V.

No. You must change the format on your TV.
