[Issue] Madden 20 MUT Rewards - Showing "0 Packs opened"

My mut rewards in madden 20 is stuck in 0 Packs opened

The other day mine said I opened nearly 400 packs and now it says 0 packs. I don’t know what happened

    Any update. Still says 0. I have opened more packs now  and it’s still not fixed. I need to know my count before mut rewards comes out for a new promo

    The companion app does display that I have currently opened 117 packs (which has done since the start of the game), but it still displays 0 everywhere else.
