[Issue] Madden 20 MUT Rewards - Showing "0 Packs opened"

My mut rewards in madden 20 is stuck in 0 Packs opened

No update on this just yet other than to confirm we are still working on the problem.

The companion app does display that I have currently opened 117 packs (which has done since the start of the game), but it still displays 0 everywhere else.
