[Issue] Madden 20 MUT Rewards - Showing "0 Packs opened"

My mut rewards in madden 20 is stuck in 0 Packs opened

When signing into my madden rewards on my computer I was confused to see that I have 0 packs opened when I've been ripping packs since the pre-release trial period. Although, when I use the madden 20 companion app on my iPhone it seems to be accurate to the amount of packs I currently have opened at the moment (238). I'm not sure if this will cause bugs for future rewards drops. Does anyone else have this same issue? Or have any advice on how to get this fixed?
