The same problem has happened to me. Did not receive my player after selecting the WR. I received the trophy and got the daily challenge complete for completing a set. Player is not showing up anywhere however.
Guess I'm not the only one having a similar issue at least.
Please, is there anything you can do to help? It's been 2 weeks now and support is still just telling me that I can only get help on this issue here.
Check your unopened packs. It should be there.
