Issue with Rookie Gauntlet Champion set packs

After spending an hour unsuccessfully trying to explain this to a chat representative that seemed to be speaking through google translate, 45 minutes mostly on hold with one phone representative who claimed to be in contact with an "expert" that might be able to fix my issue before her mic broke and she had to end the call due to technical issues, and then another 15 minutes on hold while a second phone representative reviewed my previous conversations, I was just told to post here for help.

I completed the full set of rookie gauntlet solos, and went to open both set packs at the same time, selected Jaire Alexander in round 1 and then backed out on accident instead of confirming the gauntlet master trophy in round 2. When I attempted to reopen that pack, it showed me back in round 1, and I again selected Jaire Alexander then confirmed the trophy in round 2, unaware that this was the other pack and the first one already had Jaire Alexander locked in. When I went to open the second pack it was already in round 2, so I was stuck with 2 copies of Jaire.

I was trying to get the rep to remove one of the Jaire cards and replace it with a Vita Vea, but none of them had any clue how the mechanics of MUT worked and would just ask a simple question then place me on hold again for 5-10 minutes to discuss with a "specialist" or "expert" before returning to ask another question and place me on hold again. The first phone representative seemed to be helpful before the technical issue, and mentioned they don't have the ability to do this type of thing and only the "experts" do, but literally right as she got back from talking with that expert her microphone stopped broadcasting for more than a second before turning to static, and she tried three times to fix it then hung up. So here I am.

Before it gets mentioned I am aware of the rookie gauntlet champion exchange set, but a gold token seems like a high cost to eat this early into MUT because of a glitch.

    Check your unopened packs. It should be there.

    This happened to me in Campaign Defensive Hero 3 hours on the phone and yes you lost the player because EA wont take ownership of the bug.

    I have emailed, sent feedback and hours on the phone. EA doent care about our issues.

  • @Fly8y21 I realize this is.so long after. I hope.they finally worked.it out for you.I usually use.the chat rather than talk it's easier. And when things are written they are less likely to have " tech issues" since going " chat only" with them.ive never had a problem.since doing that. Perhaps this helps any future issues. I have always found them.to be helpful.Saying check on MuT when they have all the solutions is absurd.Very easily they could have gave ya the player. They see tour history so as long as this isn't common I've been given a player and they didn't take back the "extra player" Use Chat I know it's del past due date I'm still playing 19 . I. Always behind and.doing the Gauntlet now. Surprised at the coat of some players Like Moss just a couple days ago dropped bellow 300k. I seen one for 199k grabbed immediately it was at 59mins 18 s3conds so obviously just posted. Are you playing 20 and would you recommend it ? Usually I skip a year or so becaus3 I a year how many changes can be made without upsetting virtually every player. I always laugh thinking well why buy it you know the likely result.Unless they are chamginging engines what can make you say wow what a difference in a year +/- of series games. I do hope that issue was resolved and yea I'm in a time warp of sorts lol. Cheers
