Issues with maxing defensive X-Factors at 3/3

Summarize your bug It won’t let me activate a 3rd X factor on my team or use my last ability point
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know if it’s just me but basically when I got a new player on defense, jamal Adams I put a X factor and ability on him Nd the only other X factors on my team is Byron Jones and John lynch so i don’t understand why it’s happening
What happens when the bug occurs? It says nobody on my team has x factors then Out of nowhere they pop back up except jamal’s
What do you expect to see? Jamal Adams filling my last X factor and agility point

Summarize your bug The game is only allowing me to activate 2 X-factors. Not 3. I am having this problem on offense and defense.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip three players with X-factor abilities. Go to manage abilities. Activate the players with x-factor abilities. When attempting to activate the 3rd x-factor and error message pops up saying, "Exceeded the maximum of 3 players with X-factors enabled for the (Offensive/Defensive) lineup"
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I attempt to activate a 3rd x-factor
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to actually activate 3 x-factors

Can’t activate X factors in depth chart 

I got it to work but only works if you have 2 superstars  won’t let you activate one

Summarize your bug I bought an 89 Lamar Jackson that has built in abilities and X factor and when I try to activate them it does not work I kept clicking A it did not help.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going to the superstar activating screen and trying to activate them
What happens when the bug occurs? It does not let me activate my abilities
