Issues with MUT packs (UE, Gamestop Preorder, and Prima Guide)

I preordered my Ultimate Edition from Gamestop because not only did they offer the unique stadium, they added in extra packs for MUT. I then purchased the Madden Prima guide as well since they are an enjoyable read, but also for the MUT content. As of now I have only gotten the Rookie pack. This process began last week, I understand that there have been issues, but it has been over a week and it's frustrating knowing that I have quite a large amount of packs just sitting out in limbo right now. I am curious if the Prima Guide issue is just a me thing, or if it is also affecting a large amount of the MUT community? When can I see any sort of packs that I have paid for through both the Ultimate Edtion, preorder through Gamestop (Never recieved a code from them), or the Prima guide? Your help is greatly appreciated, thank you for your time in looking into this matter.

    I'm having the same issue, but only in regards to the Prima code. It's been over a week, and I have yet to receive any packs.

    If the issue isn't resolved, it will be the second time this year that some form of Ultimate Team code failed to work for me. The other was the much-maligned code included with NCAA Football 14 at Walmart, which yielded nothing. (The upside is the game was $15 cheaper than the standard version, so I wasn't too fussed about it.)

    I had high hopes for MUT this year, and wanted to make progress toward completing the last eight achievements, all of which center around MUT. When things like this get botched repeatedly, for myself and others, it makes me less likely to play MUT, and Madden in general. MUT, and the numerous achievements surrounding it, were among the reasons why I hadn't bought the last few iterations of the game, but I was a bit more willing to give it a try this time. How/when/if this issue is resolved will go a long way in determining whether or not I'll even bother with MUT, both this year and in future years.
