Ive been trying to play madden 19 for over 2 hours
I cant get into my ultimate team to finish my daily challenge reward or my daily draft challenge and I am very frustrated because ive kept up with both of them all until now

We had some brief connectivity issues earlier but it should be resolved now.
I have been trying to connect to Madden 19 all weekend but says that the EA Servers were down and still does. I renewed my account this morning and of course the servers weren’t down when you took my money but as soon as I started playing the servers went down again.
PLEASE FIX THIS. This is ridiculous. I have not been able to play all weekend.

Servers have been available all weekend with no planned maintenance. Can you let me know of the following:
- Are you unable to connect to all online game modes?
- Which platform do you play on?
- Have you tried rebooting your network?
- Do you play wired or on a WiFi connection? If you're on WiFi, have you tried connecting via wire?
- Are you playing from home, school, or a business?
- Have you been able to connect before?
