    @ArroxanHero I'd guess this item is buggy. according to your screenshot, you got the item via a pack opening and there are not any active upgrades (@satfreaktom264).

    I'd therefore suggest to contact EA Help (see contact details below). if this bug occurs due to some corrupted entries in the database (regarding your item; as far as I know, it is sometimes (but very rarely) the case that an item is broken), it might be necessary to replace the item. EA Help should be able to do that since they are able to track your account.

can you remove the 89 ovr from your lineup(s) and try the upgrade again?

    That didn't work, neuther did best ovr lineup

      Didn't catch it, but it looks like you have the NAT version of the item which can't be used. It states NAT in the bottom right corner of the item you currently own.

        And does that means it can't be used as an upgrade item along with not auctionable/tradable?
