Keep losing Network Connectivity resulting in a LOSS

I haven't been this frustrated with EA, Madden, and frankly Xbox since I've been a customer dating back to the original console.  My last three Madden games, the game was operating fine and I was winning pretty big.  All of a sudden, boom, you've been kicked due to network blah blah blah.  THREE GAMES.  THREE LOSES.  I do care about record somewhat but why the hell am I getting kicked and why am I receiving for losses in games that I was WINNING.  Comcast restarted my Internet after the second game but I've never once had a problem with my Internet.  Not once.  I'm about to cancel EA Access, cancel Xbox Live, and just call it a day.  I read about way too many problems with the servers and have seen this problem everywhere.  Is there a way to reset stats?  I haven't bought the game yet and actually downloaded off EA Access.  You can believe I won't be buying anything until this is resolved.

    Ive had the same problem the last few days also im on ps3 so its def not a console restricted thing its def ea

    That's what's so frustrating.  EA knows its their problem but take no ownership.  They'll walk you through network step blaming routers or Internet providers.  It's *.  Charging losses for that is so dumb!!

    Same here.. Started out 7 - 2 feeling good and then all of a sudden I'm 13 - 14 with 9 of those 12 losses coming because of the "ea servers" but somehow I'm still connected to the internet. It's extremely frustrating!

    This needs resolved. I was 4-4 in MUT Season where you need 5 wins for playoffs. Winning late in my 9th game and I get a loss for the servers crashing. Then I was afraid to play again because one more loss and I'm out of the playoffs but I did it anyway... Shame on me... Crashed... I lost right away. 1st quarter. Just bought Xbox Live Gold today just to play online. What a waste. Also, haven't been able to play Draft Champions once yet because Every game I start gets kicked off.
