Keyboard, mouse or controller not working Madden 20

I have downloaded Madden 20 premium when I launch the game and get to the setting screen, I am not able to change anything as the yellow highlight jumps around. I eventually get into the Pro Bowl som...

    Hi @tawdarfr0g. 

    Let's take a look and see if we can help get this fixed for you here. 

    First, have you had the chance to try repairing the game in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with the game files that could be causing the control issues that may help fix this. If you right-click on Madden 20 in your Origin library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up.

I'm having the same issue. I haven't played in awhile so I don't know when this started. I have tried a repair, an uninstall and a reinstall, installed to a different drive, ran alll updates, uninstalled and reinstalled Origin. This is the only game the controllers screw up on.

Hey @MooseW31, 

What happens if you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch the game? If there's anything else running on your PC that might be causing the issue that may help to get around it.
