Hey @jakesaz,
Can we try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help out with the disconnection errors you've been getting? I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still having any trouble afterward check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
Let me know if you're still seeing this same error message afterward. Thank you!

Hi Kent,
Tried the steps mentioned in the links, but I still get disconnected every time I try to compare cards in my binder. Three of my friends have the same problem. It seems like a weird bug since it only disconnects us if we try to compare cards in our binder.
Thanks,
Jake

That is definitely strange. Can we try changing the DNS on your PS4 to see if that helps at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with similar issues. To update the DNS settings on your console follow the steps below:1. Open the PS4 Settings
2. Go to Network
3. Select Set Up Internet Connection
4. Choose WiFi or LAN Cable (depending on what type of connection you're using)
5. Select IP Address Settings (automatic)
6. Select DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use)
7. Choose DNS Settings (Manual)
8. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that would be OK as well.
9. Select MTU Settings (Automatic)
10. Choose Proxy Server (Do Not Use)
Let me know how this goes when you have the chance to give it a shot. Thanks again!
