- Anybody else play against a lag switch cheater??
- Why is my post the only one of its kind about Lag Switch cheaters? Is this being covered up by EA because there is no fix???
- Ok everyone this is the deal we getting HACKED by our opponents from what I understand they tampering with the connections causing lag and ultimately a disconnect because our connection can't stay with theirs. EA doesn't use a dedicated connection rather than that we are connected directly to the other gamer which can then use a lag switch or IP booting program to create lag in turn giving us a disconnect ...sucks but until Ea figures out how to recognize the true source of the lag we all screwed

Lag switches are normally used by unscrupulous players wanting to cheat at online video games. this is the reason we getting network time outs maybe someday Barry will admit this is a serious problem
There is nothing EA can do to stop all the ways people cheat or abuse online games. For madden to really work online you have to have a direct connection to your opponent or noticable lag would always be present.
Moral of the story really is if you are going to play any online game be ready to accept the fact that you may have to deal with idiots.
Well, unfortunatly the way most of the people get to the higher ranks is by doing stuff like that.
