I was playing MUT Squads on Madden 19 with my friend and we had just made the playoffs. We were winning 17-3 and there was one second left in the game. It said that I was experiencing network issues and I got kicked from the game. It counted as a loss and I was very mad. I understand that it is not EA Sports fault that I got kicked from the game, but it is you fault that it counted as a loss. All I’m asking for is a win because that’s what I should’ve gotten.

Our staff is not able to adjust any records or place players back into a specific game, so it's crucial to remain connected in the game all the way to the very end.
