Lamar Jackson Twitch Stream Code not working

I recieved a code in the twitch stream for Lamar Jackson championship series and it is not working Would like a replacement Thanks Dan

    After looking into this further, I've found out that it's a one-time use code. So, the first to redeem it, will get the rewards. It's not a code that will work for everyone. Sorry for the frustration, guys ☹️

It is not possible to respond to the "DM" it is a pop up in the live stream... still need help.

    @EA_Aljo I just was told I was randomly selected too win a 98 nfl honors Lamar Jackson card I completed everything neccessary do I receive this card soon?
