have been trying at least 25 times a day since about 5pm Saturday. on series s as well

Hey, @Brady1424 

Thank you for updating the thread. Would any of you be able to confirm for me whether resetting your roster with the lineup tool to BEST TEAM OVR and then power cycling your console will allow you to play the challenge?

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

  1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

  1. Plug the console power cable back in.
  2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    I reset my roster and power cycled my system as you recommended and still ran into the same problem.

    I’ve tried this as well and it is still crashing on me.

      The team is having some difficulty reproducing this. Would anyone be able to record an Xbox clip of you going into the challenge only to see it crash?

    I'm on Series s too. I tried this and it still kicks me out.

      It’s nuts. Been trying for a couple weeks and it’s still doing it. EA about to screw us out of rewards if they don’t fix it soon.

        I hope they fix it. But since everyone isn’t experiencing the issue who knows.
