Last name considered profane

I preordered this new game and have been waiting day after day to see if my last name will not be marked as profanity, however, it still is.  My last name is Balser.  I figured it would be easier to find support but it was extremely difficult to find anywhere for help.  I don't think my last name is at ALL profane.  I want this to be fixed.
