Lifted ban but can’t access MUT

Got banned for coin distribution and my ban was lifted and said I could access Ultimate Team again but it’s nowhere to be found on the game. Nothing on the main menu and when I try to go to MUT store it says I still don’t have access

    Hi @BigSausageMan32, 

    Unfortunately we're not equipped to assist with these cases from the forum.

    I'd suggest linking in with the support team and they'll double check that for you to see if there's a lock on the account. If not, they'll submit a case to on your behalf to check Terms of Service the advisor will correct that asap. You can reach them through the EA Help website.

    @BigSausageMan32 Same here. I waited 10 weeks for my ba nto get overturned only to have to submit another case, wait another 2 weeks & get a message today confirming that the ban has been lifted. BUT WAIT, still can't access MUT. Now I'm supposed to submit ANOTHER ticket. Round & round & round & round... Should call themselves EA Helpless
