Live playbook formations into playbook database

I want to use Gun Heavy Patriot in a custom playbook. For some reason it is *only* in live playbooks and not an option when searching the playbook database.

Why can you guys not change this? This was an issue last year as well.

There is no reason a formation should be in the game for anyone to use online, but at the same time not accessible for someone like me who is trying to use it offline without having to use the Patriots Live playbook.

Please fix this
