locked out

This is ridiculous, I bought madden the first day it came out and went through the whole process with security codes and it was fine, when I tried playing again the next day it asked for my security code again. I had nothing so I asked to send but it said wait and try again. I waited and tried again 5 minutes after 4 times. it wouldn't let me play. I left and 4 hours later I got 6 codes and when I tried to put them in later it said they didn't work. Now I am completely locked out. I changed my password and tried to log in with that account on the computer but it still didn't work! I had to create a whole new account just to type this out. I would like help immediately or to speak with someone cause this is horrible service for someone who just wants to play madden. Please respond immediately.
