logged out of EA Servers in the middle of games

Question

In the middle of both Draft Champions and MUT games, I have had my game interrupted and I've taken multiple losses because I have been "signed out of EA servers" or otherwise disconnected. Once the game ends, I am back and easily able to log into EA Servers without issue. The internet at my house is fine. I have otherwise experienced no issues. However, this mid-game disconnection from EA has cost me in the game, and it is quite frustrating.

What can I do? Is there anything that can be done with respect to my online record, particularly in MUT?

Its cost me many ganes with ethernet cable in with 100 percent and ea servers log me out and i lose a game with a min left that i was winning by 2 tds its bs and makes me not want to play anymore its happened multiple times

To get the best connectivity please try the following:

Connect directly to your router with a cable rather than wirelessly
Open the relevant ports detailed here: https://help.ea.com/en/article/online-ports-for-madden-nfl-16/
Power cycle your router (turn it off for a minute and then power it back on)

We do not modify players' online records in connectivity cases such as this, sorry.

It only happens to me when I play people that are playing in a computer and I’m winning&nbsp;
