Losing connectivity to peer on xbox 360

I've played about 8 games in ultimate team this week and have lost connectivity to peer in 5 games. My issue is that in games that I hadn't scored or th opponent was ahead I was given a loss, but in the games that I was up by at least 21 points or so I was given no credit what so ever. I need to find out who I can talk with to get credit for the games that I should have won, or at least get the losses taken off since I didn't quit the games and I'm not getting credit for the games that I should have won.
