Loss of Xbox codes

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
I want to talk about something you don't mention above: Loss of Xbox codes
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. Not being able to play it
How is this making it more difficult? Loss of Xbox codes won’t allow me to play it
How can we reproduce this experience? It’s not a good experience



I just got off the phone with EA Help, and they told me they can not help me with my invalid beta code that i received from them. They said there is a, “case of missing codes for Xbox players.” He said there’s a lot of Xbox codes that they do not know where they went or why they can’t find them. Should EA compensate us in some way for this??? Extend the beta or something?? I haven’t even been able to play Madden 20 yet and still haven’t been able to download the game due to the lose of codes. They continually just keep sending me this email. How is it they have “lose” codes for Xbox and are still giving out codes via twitter from the account @EASports_MUT it doesn’t make sense. If someone is having trouble like i go where the game won’t work shouldn’t they help out??

    @Ecoliver,

    First of all I apologize for the delayed response here, while the beta is over I want to clarify what happened here. The codes in question weren't missing, as the beta is closed we simply have a limited amount of codes to hand out and the Xbox One codes must have been consumed before the PlayStation ones.
