Lost 100+ hours of saved data randomly. Has only happened for one game.

Lost all of my Madden 20 saved data somehow? Put a lot of time into Madden 20 through Origin Access and now it's trying to start over. It's like I've never even played this game before. Not sure how ...

Just updated to the version released on may 5th and i'm having the same problem. When i launch the game, the terrible Pro Bowl starts like it's the first time i'm playing it. Went to documents\Madden NFL 20\settings\ and looks like all the saves are there, including the Franchise saved last on may 1st. Copy-paste to the "save" folder and still nothing happens, At least i've put only 33 hours on an offline franchise.

Servers have been acting up lately so I'd give it a little bit before you try anything drastic. I know this can happen with other EA titles like Battlefield and NHL though; your data should still be there once everything gets synced back up
