Lost Offline Franchise Files - Madden 20 Xbox One

My autosave for a very important franchise was wiped when I loaded another save file and I am unable to get it back. I chatted with someone who tried to help but we are unable to recover those files....

    Hi there. If your autosave file was written over when you loaded another save, unfortunately, it would be impossible to get back ☹️

It sounds like your save was overwritten when you loaded the new one. Unfortunately, there wouldn't be a way to go back.

I understand but is there a way you and the devs automatically save the game to a different file so that wont happen

    I'm really sorry, but there's no way to recover that file. As far as changing how this works for the future, I really don't have any information on that. I'm very sorry ☹️
