Three months later and I just bought the game. I'm having the same issues here. Can't play the game at all after the first couple days. I try to get into the connected or disconnected games and it just plays the stupid intro game. All of a sudden, I'm the Eagles (my home team) playing against NE. A couple plays in and I'm out of the game and watching a screen that plays music and says Loading.... Stuck
If there's no response to users having this problem (and I believe there are quiet a few), I'd highly consider another class action suit. This is crazy. I spent $40 for this POC and can't even play it.
Honestly EA, this is the most ridiculous thing i've ever encountered in a video game...EVER!!! This would be the THIRD connected franchise i've lost becuase of this stupid error. I believe its a result of whatever roster updates we are required to download. With my most recent franchise....which i just started 2 weeks ago after NOT playing madden for over a month becuase i lost my previous franchise that i was about 4 seasons in on, and another before that.....as soon as i downloaded the most recent roster update, I GO BACK INTO MY OFFLINE CONNECTED FRANCHISE, IM REQUIRED TO PLAY THE STUPID CUT SCENE ONCE AGAIN, AND THEN I GET STUCK ON THE LOADING SCREEN WHETHER I COMPLETE IT OR QUIT!!! ANOTHER EFFING FRANCHISE LOST BECUASE OF THIS!!! This has wasted countless hours of my time!!!! I lose everything i spend the time creating!!! If I dont get info on a fix withing 30 days, i can absolutely promise you I will NEVER EVER in my life spend my hard earned dollars on another EA game, it doesnt matter what it is!!!!! Im so frustrated with this, it shouldnt be this difficult to enjoy a game people, it shouldnt....
