Madden 15 - PS4: Custom Roster not imported to CFM

I have downloaded the most up to date roster from EA on Madden 15 for PS4. After saving and loading the roster I proceed to start a new CF, however despite selecting to import a Custom roster the CFM...

Horrible .. this is riduclous noone from EA can even touch on the topic... what is the point of creating a custom roster to be imported if it wont import !!!!!!!!
