Madden 15 Digital PS4 Install

I downloaded Madden 15 for ps4.  The install bar is stuck to the far left for hours now, it doesn't seem to be actually downloading hte rest of the content like it should.  Has anyone else seen this, it's possible it's just from first day fever but I just paid for a game I can't play.
