Madden 15 Offline Connected Franchise issues

I am having touble playing connected franchise, when i go to resume both online or offline leagues it goes and loads and keeps loading. I have waited for up to 45 minutes for it to load and it has not. So i thought to create a new league. Unfortunatly, when i go to create a new league, online it gets the same loading screen and offline when i got to import custom roster or default connected franchise rosters the game then loads into the Carolina versus Seahawks game that plays when starting up the game. I am not sure why that happens, then when i either finish that or quit it then goes into a loading screen with the moving background in the back but it does not load and stays loading just like all the other times the game needs to load something. This is very frustrating and i have been dealing with these issues for the past since thursday the 25th of September. I have tried multiple hard resets and i have switched games but nothing has stop this from happening.
