I like many of you had the same issue where my game would always freeze in the post-game load screen. I got on the phone and I talked to EA and they gave me a solution that has worked FOR PS3
1st. Go to Network Settings > Media Server Connection > Disable
2nd. Delete the current CFM on your main PSN screen (Saved Data Utility > Delete CFM files)(You're going to have to restart your career but it's because the game corrupted itself when creating your CFM, it apparently needs another 'good ole college try' to get it not corrupted)
3rd. Delete Game Data Utility (usual step)
4th. Start game.
This worked for me so far. Before i couldn't get out of New Game Prep now I'm starting week 4 of the regualar season.
Hope this works for you all!
If you're on Xbox and having this issue or this doesn't work for you on PS3. File it with EA then ask for them to call you. They'll put you right in communication with the game staff (though not directly)
To test it, start a new CFM career with 1-minute quarters and play through a game, that way you don't waste a lot of time.
I thought EA just didn't care but thank you to the guy above for posting this solution.
- Anonymous11 years agoIt worked for 1 game, now it's back to freezing. I changed a few sliders during the game, I wonder if that caused the issue.

Btw, the fix with quit game "No". then wait another quit game "No" and then Quit Game "yes" works.
But not if you try to start a season with fantasy draft. Then it fails every time. Great

March 28th and this thread has been opened for a long time without a fix. The answers provided are temporary workarounds that do not last long. I stopped playing this game for a couple months and now that off season is here tried to get back into it as I get prepped for buying madden 16.....well, not with this kind of service. no fix after at least 5 months.....simply ridiculous. I will not bother with EA any longer. I think ill write to the NFL and see if that has any effect.
