Madden 15 PS4 freezes up during gameplay

I have not been able to complete a head to head game in 2 weeks. It seems to consistently freeze with around 1 minute and 29 seconds left in the 4th quarter. I can still hear crowd noise but the players are all frozen. The dual challenge solos freeze as well. Shockingly the gauntlet solos allow me to complete a full game. I have also deleted the game and reset my ps4 to factory settings 4 times. I also deleted all of my save game data from Madden 15 and the problem is still not resolved.
