Madden 15 PS4 freezes up during gameplay

Start about two weeks ago madden is freezing up during gameplay online and off line now. Was freine up in the 2nd quarter. Call Playstation and done everything still did it went and brought a new gam...

What about trying the following:

  • Remove PS4 from Network, disconnecting internet access
  • Launch Madden 15 
  • If you get past the main menu, go to Customize Tab > Manage Files > Load/Delete > Scroll over to Rosters > Delete the latest rosters 
  • Back out to Load/Delete > Bumper over to Profile > Delete displayed Profile 
  • Restart entire PS4 
  • Re-connect to Network 
  • Test Madden 15
