Madden 15 (PS4) Ultimate Team Codes

I purchased Madden 15 Ultimate Edition hoping that I could at least get access to the player packs that are available through it.  (This since I cannot purchase points through PSN which may or may not be a related glitch.)

Anyway, long story short, PlayStation Store (Japan) won't even accept the code and suggests that I made a mistake.  Nope, tried it three or four different times, with and without the hyphens.  

Does anyone at EA even care if the problems get ironed out?

    Well that sucks.  Why doesn't EA just make Madden 15 region specific and be done with it.  That way I wouldn't have wasted about $130 in all.

    I hope you noticed that people in Europe are also experiencing the "not able to buy points" problem with Madden 15, so it isn't just the Asia Pacific region.
