Been getting this error everyday while my friends are playing online but i cant. "Attention In order to acess the online features for this title your sony entertainment network account must be signed in and you must be signed into the ea servers." And i am logged into psn im currently in a party i was on the phone for 30 mins yesterday and nobody answered im real mad

I have been on the phone for 2 weeks. I have made 15 complaints as well. 3 different times I was hung up on and 1 time was flat out lied to. Nobody at the ea sports help center can help so I called the corporate office in Redwood City,CA. It appears incompetence starts inside the corporate office and works it's way down. I am looking to file a class action lawsuit against EA Sports for selling games that don't work as well as a discrimination suit against EA Sports through the BBB, the state of California, and a good lawyer. DO NOT BUY MADDEN 16!!!!!!

- Reply again. I am also interested in this lawsuit. I've had the same problems with their servers locking up my system and crashing the game. I've been on the phone with them many times and today they refused to talk to me when I asked to speak to the retention department.
