I'm having the same issue . Can someone help me
On ps4 go to settings>initialization>restore default settings....I spent 3 hours on the phone with ea and even exchanged my copy of madden and this is what fixed it

I've re downloaded the game and still have the same issue. Please helpdid you get this fixed?
I did the restore and it did not fix the issue for me.
