Madden 15 "The EA Servers are not available at this time."
So, I got the Madden 15 Ultimate Edition about 3-4 days after the game came out for Xbox One, have played it without any problems (save the occasional greifing) until Monday afternoon. I get home, and like any other day when I have the time, turn on Madden and play some Ultimate Team, but I get the error message referenced in the title of the post "The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later." I figure that it's probably a problem with the servers, nothing major. Today, I try the doing the same thing, again, got the error message. So, I talked to Madden game advisor. While he couldn't have been nicer, did nothing to fix my problem as we went through literally all 8 troubleshooting steps and the message still appears. I'm now kind of angered at EA here, because "later" never comes! This is ridiculous, Madden 15 Xbox One servers are running fine and I seem to be one of a very small minority with this issue. I've come up with a couple solutions myself to see whether any of them seem viable.
1. My Xbox account has somehow been corrupted or somehow suspended from Madden ultimate team
2. After loading NBA 2k15 on to my Xbox 1, EA decided to shut my Madden account down because I went with a game made by 2k over EA Sports' own NBA Live 15.
3. EA cares little about it's loyal and paying customers, one in my case who has bought Madden every since Madden '04 with Michael Vick on the cover, and once realizing I had dumped approximately $150 dollars (including game charge) into the game, EA decided they no longer needed my business, and shut down my MUT account.
This is absolutely unacceptable for a company to have these kind of issues when the game has been out for about 2 months. Thanks to EA's wonderful servers, I will no longer be able to complete any Halloween collections on MUT, wont be able to take advantage of the player's enraging, and the multiple sets that have taken a long while to complete are all for naught. Thanks EA. Looks like I'd better hope that 2k is allowed to make an NFL game next season.
