I don't have 200 coins I have less and some of my players have no contracts what should I do?

There are a few options. One option is to buy packs with real money, which is tough to justify at times. Another option is the set called "Wheel of Contracts" in the vault section of the item sets. The set is made up of 1 silver badge and 2 bronze badges and can reward you anywhere from 10 to 250 contracts when the set is completed.
