Madden 15 Ultimate Team Pack Codes not working

I redeemed the code for the extra 40$ worth of packs and It wont give me the packs. a error message comes up everytime. Edit (via EA_Nils): The latest info is available here.  From this point ...

Date/Time:  Launch day at approx 8pm pacific time

Item Not Received:  I didn't receive any of the pro packs...I only received the 1 "draft" pack with the rookies.

What makes me mad is the official website addressing that this is an Xbox issue when it is clearly both an xbox and ps4 issue
