Madden 15 Ultimate Team Pack Codes not working

I redeemed the code for the extra 40$ worth of packs and It wont give me the packs. a error message comes up everytime.

    SAME HERE! PLEASE HELP! I dont even want to play until this is solved. Others got 3 pro packs, a rookie and starter pack. All i got was a rookie and starter pack. NO PRO PACKS and I entered my Ultimate Team Content code correctly! Now I can't retype it bc it's saying already used! Is there a way to trace the code to the account it was used for? I mean it has too if we are getting 3 packs a week for the next 10 weeks. I just want my 3 packs so I can play :/

    Pleae answer! He asked EXACTLY what I need answered! Also only recieved ONE draft pack and 0 pro packs! I'm so frustrated and fear if I didn't get these 3 then I won't get any over the next 10 weeks! PLEASE HELP!

    Yes same here. All I received was a draft pack and zero pro packs.

    well what do we do??? Hate to say this but glad we all arent alone! Which means this is obviously a glitch of some sort

    Well thanks for acknowledging the problem. I could've gotten the madden bundle and received madden copy free but I paid full price for ultimate edition. Which was clearly a terrible idea.

    I purchased the Madden 15 ultimate edition in which I am supposed to receive 30 pro packs (3 per week for 10 weeks) and a draft pack. After entering the code via the QR code I received the draft pack but none of the pro packs. What should I do to resolve this issue?

    I am also one of the poor saps that was suckered into buying this under the idea that we would be getting what we paid for....Guess I should have known better.
