I have the same issue but refuse to reformat my system because EA sucks. On ps4 with active and online psn plus account.
EA better Find a fix for this soon or I'll be requesting a full refund soon. I don't pay $60 for servers down 4 out of the 5 times I've had time to play this sorry game.
