Madden 15 wont install xbox one from disc

I bought the disc for madden 15, Xbox one. I put the disc in, and tell it to install. It just immediately stops. Amazon exchanged it, thinking maybe the disc was faulty.
Same issue with the new one. Other games install just fine. In my notifications, madden says 'free up space'. I have over 200gb free.

Anyone have thoughts?? I've tried the install with no network too, in case it was trying to download a patch.

Hmm, odd. Try clearing the cache:

    1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
    2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

Also, try power cycling your modem and/or router.

Yes, its very odd. I should have included that I did already try power cycling everything - Xbox, modem, router.
The only remaining step I can think is to ask a buddy who has the digital edition to download it to my console, and then I can use the disc to play when he signs out. If they can download it, that should let me play, right?

There should be no difference between the disc and download versions.
