Madden 15 Xbox one

Everytime I get into a good match it says that either I lose connection or my opponent looses connection and it still counts a a loose and this is really starting to tick me off and Im so ready to discontinue playing this game enless it's fixed!!!! I say the only way it would be possible to count as a loose is if the game is passed half time but it the first quater it should not be like this. I'm so ready to be done with this game and it's adding on to my DNF% which it is around 43 and I have never quit that many game only one or two because of having kids and had to call it quits.
