Madden 16 CFM - Changing player position to QB?

I just finished my first season as an owner in Madden 16 CFM last night and went through the whole off-season and the draft. I took an awesome 84 ovr QB I was looking forward to using with 95 spd. Just for fun I wanted to see what his overall would be at WR and RB so I went in and changed his position. Needless to say he wasn't very good at either, but when I tried to change him back to QB I am not able to. I can only change between WR, RB, FB, and TE. It is still the off-season so his position should be editable but I just cannot get it to go back to QB. This is very frustrating and hopefully there is some way to fix it. Has anyone seen this / know a solution?

    There are certain positions that once you make a move, that's it. You cannot go back. Ratings change based upon the scheme, and number fluctuate as a result but certain things, once you change, that's it. Always save multiple profile saves for whatever you do when making a literal game change or experimental move.
