Madden 16 cfm player progression
Players are earning much less XP than in Madden 15. This is disappointing, especially for someone who drafts quick - to - superstar progression players.

So.. what are sensible settings? Like, if you start a league now, what should you use?
Is 100% like it was before?
In that case is 500% reasonable? 1000%?
One final rant and then I'm officially done with EA.
EA, you've lied to us. Repeatedly. As a 360 owner, I read all the new features for Madden 16, even reading all the fine print. I've bought nearly every Madden for the last 25 years. There was not one mention of "... except on PS3 and Xbox360" that I found, anywhere. I was told the game included all these new features. It doesn't.
Even in the release notes for Patch #3, there is a section for Connected Franchise Mode which lists new fixes including XP sliders, even a whole new game mode. You failed to mention "except on PS3 and Xbox360." Another lie.
The fact is that you removed features from the 360 version that make the game playable (XP progression). All you had to do was leave those features in the freaking game.
I live by an Honor Oath. The truth is very important to me. If you'd have come out at the very beginning and said "we're phasing out the older generation consoles, so all our real development work is being done on PS4 and Xbox One," I'd have thanked you. I would have stuck with Madden 15, continued my offline franchise, and then when I do upgrade to a newer console, I'd have been all over the newest Madden. But you lied by omission, and I don't take well to being lied to.
I am forever done with the Madden franchise, and I don't say that lightly. And I'm done with EA.

Another EA fail. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the failure of EA to maintain the lifeblood of the offline CFM model - player XP progression. As someone who has purchased a copy of Madden annually since the very first edition, I am an EXTREMELY loyal and EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer.
I am seriously considering NEVER purchasing another copy of Madden again. There's an old adage that states, "If you want to know how to run your business, ask your customer." Well, EA, since you haven't asked my opinion, I will proactively share it. The lack of XP awarded for player progression in Offline CFM has rendered the most important feature of this mode completely useless and, hence, makes this game unplayable for me. Why is this so hard?
NFL teams have a training camp - every team has the same amount of time to develop players. Why doesn't EA just insert a training camp phase where all teams have equal opportunity to upgrade players - maybe some individual player XP upgrade time, but also just positional drill time decisions to give a specific ability increase for everybody at that position - with bonuses for coaching staff.

- I'm so pissed off, I made a fake email, to make this stupid account for this * EA website just to tell EA I will be mailing my game in to you, I expect a full refund and for you to cover shipping and handling, (unless you would like to tell us where we can return them to obtain a full refund?) Otherwise I will contact the BBB, my state and your states attorney General, and my cousin who is an attorney will be looking into setting up a class action lawsuit against you guys.. if one doesn't exist already. And we all know multiple ones have in the past. I only post this here to encourage everyone else to do the same.
Tired of buying *ty * games over n over again to find things promised aren't included in the game. I've always dealt w it, but this is the last straw. I been following this thread for 2 months now, have yet to play the God damn game, other than looking through the menu and setup, and fast forwarding through preseason, in "offline" franchise mode, only to find all my players lost points and gained next to zero progression points, (despite Jerrick McKinnon having almost 500 yds in preseason). The game is un-playable, and 100% un-enjoyable. Customer dissatisfied.
