Madden 16 Community Files issue

Question

I been having a issue downloading from community files ever since i bought the game 5 days ago. I cant download any files as it gives me a error message "An error has occurred while downloading the file. Please try again." I was hopin there wuld be an update for this but there has been no update and it is very frustrating. Please assist asap. Thank you. Just want to download files EA! Thats all!

&nbsp;Since the NFL 16 game does have its own dedicated forums at Answer HQ, there is no support anywhere else in anther games forum for it (nor in here, where all games are off topic).&nbsp; I presume this thread will eventually be moved to where it belongs (and it has been, now).&nbsp;

same thing here on ps4. could download 1 file only. since day one. now its just error after error.. talked to a rep and still nothing. cmon madden this is unprofessional..
