Did you get the initial Playmaker pack?

No I did not receive the play maker pack. I still haven't received anything and it said it came with $33 worth of packs

What did he do to fix the problem?

So all I did was download the Madden 16 Deluxe Edition and it downloaded my madden 16 and it never gave me the packs. Could you help me in anyway I have sent Microsoft an email and chatted with a Agent and I sent EA sports a email and tried to talk to someone on the chat but it never loaded.

I didn't preorder it I just got it this past Monday and I never received a code. It was supposed to just come with the game.

It was a downloaded game on to my Xbox one with Microsoft store. It never came with a code and it wasn't preordered I got it last week.
