hello,last week (saturday) I bought the madden 16 deluxe season editioon on the PS store for the PS4. I still have to recieve my packs. When do i get them?Greetings,Marco Stamoulis.

everyone the solution is to go to the ea online chat and talk to them (be nice) and they will give you your pro packs i did it today

Then why are these games still in the PS store promoting these packs? I payed for the the deluxe edition, but whats the difference then between the normal game? I know, about 20 Euro!!!!!!

I bought the digital madden 16 deluxe season edition from the xbox store a day ago and haven't received my 22 pro packs (they aren't in unopened packs and i didn't get given a code)
where are my pro packs, i payed 110 dollars for this game
