madden 16 deluxe edition

hello, last week (saturday) I bought the madden 16 deluxe season editioon on the PS store for the PS4. I still have to recieve my packs. When do i get them? Greetings, Marco Stamoulis.

    everyone the solution is to go to the ea online chat and talk to them (be nice) and they will give you your pro packs i did it today

Unbelievable, 10 days ago my case was escalated to the specialist, and I still have no answer. I don't know how much they got to investigate..
